INVESTEKO Joint Stock Company was established as a result of the conversion of a company running economic activity under the name Arkadiusz Primus Eco-Invest. The company is headquartered in Katowice and entered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) Republic of Poland, a joint stock company based on the Art. 584 with index 1 and n. KSH. The enterprise was converted on 26 April 2012 on the basis of a Notarial Act drawn up by the notary office of Thomasz Balas in Katowice Rep. A No. 1273/2012.
INVESTEKO S.A. entered into the National Court Register on May 30th 2012, through the District Court Katowice-East in Katowice, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000420405.
