Based on the evaluation criteria of the offers, WĘGLOKOKS ENERGIA Sp. z o.o. has selected the offer submitted by: INVESTEKO S.A., as the most advantageous in the purchase procedure for elaboration of the report on environmental impact (ROŚ). The project consist on the expansion of the "Mikolaj" thermal power station in Ruda Śląska.
